Introduction Esan land is a tropical rain forest that is suitable for the cultivation of palm trees. There is a lot of palm plantation that was planted by our parents that are underutilized by the local farmers in Esan land. Because the local farmers are not trained on how to add value to the high valued palm kernel fruits. They take out the palm oil and dispose of the palm kernels. Opportunities We want to use this medium to call on the investors to come to Esan land and invest in the processing and adding values to palm kernels. 

There is a high-profit margin in adding value to palm kernel. We are interested in investors who are willing to explore the production of palm trees. We believe that with the abundance of palm plantation, we could create employment and sustain develop in Esan Land. Palm kernel can be processed into palm kernel oil and palm kernel cake by simply buying palm kernels Extraction machine. The palm kernel oil is major raw materials to the pharmaceutical industry and cosmetic industries that produces soap and creams while the palm kernel cakes serve as feed for animals. The palm kernel oil is a very expensive product in the international market due to its multiple financial purposes. 

The investors can further process the high-quality palm oil to vegetable oil by buying palm kernel oil refining machine. An investor can package the vegetable oil and sell to the consumers. Cooking oil business flourishes in Nigeria and in African as a whole. As food continuously becomes an essential commodity for livelihood. By this, Esan nation will be the destination where kernels are processed to finish and semi-finish products in the country, this will industrialize Esan land and it will bring the creation of new jobs, creation of wealth and development to Esan nation. There will be reversed migration of our people.

Incumbent governor, Godwin Obaseki emerged winner in the Edo State gubernatorial election.  By William Ukpe Independent National Electoral Commission(INEC) has declared Godwin Obaseki the winner of the Edo State gubernatorial election today. Mr. Obaseki will return as the Governor of the state for a second term. The results were declared by INEC on Sunday afternoon after the results were counted from all LGA’s on Saturday. HISTORY Ogbidi Okojie, Onojie (king) of Uromi (1857 – February 3, 1944), was a ruler of the Esan people in what is now part of Edo State in Nigeria, still remembered for his opposition to British rule. According to Uromi lore, Ogbidi Okojie was born in the seventh month of gestation, coming 14th in the line of succession to the Uromi throne. As an African monarch, he believed in his divine right to wield absolute power. Those beliefs motivated his opposition to British Rule, which led to his first exile to Calabar in 1900. In Nigeria, at the end of the nineteenth century, the old order was crumbling, yielding to the new British colonial system. After the Royal Niger Company transferred its territories to the British government, the latter expanded and strengthened its control, unseating the traditional rulers.
